Data Deletion
ABHITA 3D (ABHITA 3D Printing) operates abhita.in. This page explains how we use Meta / Instagram platform data and how you can request deletion of information you voluntarily submitted to us (for example share‑and‑earn, referral, or review‑proof submissions).
1. Meta & Instagram APIs
Where enabled by the account owner, we may use Meta's APIs only to retrieve and display our own public business content (for example recent Instagram posts from our connected professional/business profile). We use this to show a "live from our shop" section on our website.
- We do not sell or license Meta platform user data.
- We do not use Instagram or Facebook data to build profiles about visitors who are only browsing or checking out as guests.
- API tokens and secrets are stored server‑side only and are never embedded in public JavaScript.
2. Google Business reviews
If we display Google reviews, we fetch them via Google’s APIs using server-stored credentials (never exposed in your browser), cache them on our server, and display the text and ratings without editing review content. If the API is unavailable, we show a neutral fallback link to leave or view reviews on Google.
3. Request deletion of data you submitted
If you participated in our share, referral, review‑proof, or similar marketing programs and want us to remove your submission from our internal records, email:
Please include:
- Your full name
- Email address and/or phone number used in the submission
- Social handle (if relevant, e.g. Instagram username)
- A short description of what to delete (e.g. "share submission from April 2026", "review proof link", order reference if you have it)
We will review good‑faith requests and respond within a reasonable period. We may need to retain certain records where accounting, tax, fraud‑prevention, or legal obligations require it.
