Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how ABHITA ships your orders, expected timelines, charges, and what happens if delivery fails.

1. Service area

We ship across all of India, including remote pincodes. Some far-flung locations may incur additional time or charges — we will inform you before dispatch if this applies. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Order processing time

Order processing happens in two phases:

These are estimates based on typical courier timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or remote pincode access. Delivery promises do not include weekends or public holidays unless specifically noted.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

For most orders within India, standard shipping is included for orders above ₹999. Below this threshold, a flat shipping charge applies (typically ₹49-₹149 depending on region).

6. Tracking your order

You can track your order at abhita.in/track using your order ID. Once dispatched, you will receive courier tracking information via WhatsApp and email (if provided).

7. Failed delivery / address issues

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

The package will be returned to us. We will contact you for clarification or to arrange re-delivery (you may need to bear re-delivery charges). If unresolved within 14 days of return-to-origin, the order will be considered cancelled — refund will be processed minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee for custom orders that cannot be resold.

8. Damaged / lost in transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos before opening (if visible damage to outer package)
  2. Take photos of the contents
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/email with your order ID and photos
  4. We will arrange replacement or refund per our Return Policy

If the courier marks "delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and security/reception
  2. Contact us within 5 days — we will file a claim with the courier
  3. If unresolved within 7 days, we will reprint and reship at our cost (or full refund)

9. Local pickup (Vapi)

Customers in Vapi can opt to pick up their order in person — no shipping charge. We will provide pickup details and timings on order confirmation. Please bring your order ID or WhatsApp confirmation.

10. International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We may consider international orders on a case-by-case basis for bulk B2B orders — please contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order.

11. Customs and duties

For all India shipping, no customs duties apply. GST is included in the displayed price (we are GST-registered for B2B invoices on request). For B2B with GST invoice, please share your GSTIN at order time.
